At NED Collections, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for any items that don't perfectly fit your space. Please ensure all decor and furniture are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our main warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to ensure it meets our resale standards, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
